How we work

From first consultation to judgment

  1. Consultation

We study your documents and tell you plainly where you stand and what each option will take in time and effort.

  2. Before court

Where it helps, we send a formal notice and try to settle the dispute before going to court.

  3. Court

We prepare every case with the rigour a court expects and represent you from first instance to appeal.

  4. Follow-up

We keep you informed at each step, from the first consultation to the final judgment.

Before you visit

Documents to bring

Copies are enough; keep the originals with you.

  • The contract and any annexes or amendments
  • Invoices, receipts and bank transfers
  • Letters, emails and messages about the dispute
  • For companies: the commercial register and articles of association
  • Any notices or court papers you have received

Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • Can a dispute between partners be settled without going to court?

Often, yes, through negotiation, or through arbitration if the partnership contract provides for it. If talks fail, we take the dispute to court.

  • How long does a civil or commercial case take?

It depends on the court, how complex the case is and whether the court appoints an expert. We give you a realistic estimate at the first consultation and update you as the case moves.
